What we intend to do instead
One homeowner, one professional. A homeowner who asks to be introduced is introduced to one professional. We do not resell the request afterward, and we do not run it past your competitor to see who bites.
The consent is proved, not asserted. When a homeowner asks to be contacted, we store the exact wording they were shown, the version of that wording, the page they were on, and a server-stamped time. If anyone ever asks why you called, that record exists and we can produce it.
The homeowner was never pushed. They came to look at their own property, read what public records and NOAA weather data say about it, and decided on their own to ask for help. An inquiry reflects the homeowner’s stated interest, not a claim about project readiness.
The homeowner knows how we are paid. Our business may earn referral compensation for an introduction. Terms are agreed with you in writing before any first introduction, and we disclose the arrangement to the homeowner before they are introduced to you.
What we will not promise
What we will not do is promise you a volume. We can tell you what hail NOAA recorded in your service area last month, because that is a public record we hold. We cannot tell you how many homeowners will ask for help, and any company that gives you that number before running your territory is guessing at you.
California, with a West Coast focus
Our homeowner education starts in Fresno, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. California professionals can contact us with their credentials, trade and service area. Oregon and Washington expansion is planned separately.
Arizona, for APS and SRP homes
Homeowner education here covers Arizona homes on APS or SRP. Arizona professionals can contact us with their ROC license number, trade, and service area.
What we check before you receive anything
We record your legal business name, your license or registration number and the body that issued it, the area you actually serve, and how quickly you commit to respond. If any of that is missing, no introduction happens. We tell homeowners we check this, on our contractor network page, so the standard is public and we are held to it.
Talk to us
There is no form, no sales sequence, and no portal to log into. Email us about your work, your license and the area you serve, and a person at Vantage Valley Eco will read it.
