Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the service is intended to work. They should be reviewed and approved by counsel before launch and dated on approval.
What this service is
Vantage Valley Eco helps you understand your property using public records and weather data, and, if you choose, connects you with a vetted local professional. The information we show is a helpful starting point. It is not a professional inspection, an appraisal, or a guarantee of your home's condition.
About the information we show
We label everything by how confident we are in it. Verified means we confirmed it from public records. Available means we can pull it for your address. Estimated means it is modeled from real data rather than measured at your home. In review means we do not know it yet. You should confirm anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Being connected with a professional
If you consent to be contacted, we introduce you to an independent local professional. That professional is not employed by us, and any work they perform is a separate agreement between you and them. We are not responsible for the services they provide.
Consent to contact
No one will contact you unless you check the box asking to be connected. That consent is yours to give and to withdraw.
Acceptable use
Please use the site only for your own property or a property you are authorized to inquire about, and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to be accurate and honest, but we provide the site as is and cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information shown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
