Vantage Valley Eco helps you understand your property using public records and weather data, and, if you choose, can explore an introduction to a professional. The information we show is a helpful starting point. It is not a professional inspection, an appraisal, or a guarantee of your home's condition.
About the information we show
Every line we show is labeled by where it came from, and there are three labels. Public record means we looked it up in a source named on the row itself. Estimated means we calculated it from real data rather than measuring it at your home. Needs a visit means nobody can determine it remotely, which also covers the case where no public record exists for your address. You should confirm anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Being connected with a professional
Consenting to be contacted does not guarantee an introduction. An introduction depends on whether a suitable independent professional is available for your property, and it happens only with your permission. Our business may receive referral compensation for an introduction, and we disclose the arrangement before one is made. Any professional introduced is not employed by us, and any work they perform is a separate agreement between you and them. We are not responsible for the services they provide.
Consent to contact
We respond when you request a conversation or give consent through the assessment. A call time you book through Cal.com is confirmed by its confirmation email. A call request made through our request form is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm a time with you. You can withdraw contact permission by emailing team@vantagevalleyeco.com. Permission to contact VVE is separate from permission to share details with an outside professional.

Limitation of liability
We work hard to be accurate and honest, but we provide the site as is and cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information shown.
