Who stands behind this
Vantage Valley Eco LLC is owned by Cosimo Cannella. It is a small business, and the people who read an assessment or a conversation request are VVE, not a call center and not a list of companies that bought your address.
Your first conversation is with a VVE professional. Any outside introduction is discussed with you before your details are shared.
Why we exist
Every big home decision starts the same way. Someone knocks, or an ad finds you, and suddenly you are choosing a roof, a solar system, or an HVAC unit before you even understand what your home actually needs. The pressure is on you, and the information is on their side.
We built Vantage Valley Eco to flip that around. Before you replace anything or talk to anyone, you should be able to understand your own property in plain language. What is verified, what is worth checking, and what a decision would really involve. When you start from facts, you make better choices and you keep control of the conversation.
What we are, and what we are not
We are not a roofing company. We help you read your bill, check your roof, and review any solar proposal before you sign. We do not perform work on homes and we hold no contractor license. We do not sell your information to whoever bids the most.
What we do is help homeowners understand their options. If you want to go further, a VVE professional can talk it through with you, and we can explore an introduction to an outside professional. That depends on whether a suitable professional is available for your address, and it only happens with your permission.
How we make money
Reading the library and checking your property cost you nothing. Our business may earn referral compensation when it introduces a homeowner to a professional. Before any introduction, we will tell you who the professional is and disclose that arrangement, so you can weigh it before you agree to anything. We would rather you read that here than work it out later and wonder what else we left out.
How we stay honest
Every line in your report says where it came from, and there are only three answers. Public record means we looked it up in a source we name, your county assessor or your utility or the federal weather archive, and you can go and read it yourself. Estimated means we worked it out from real data, not measured it at your house. Needs a visit means nobody can know it from here, including us.
That third label is the one that matters. Whether your roof is damaged, what your panel can carry, what is under the shingles: none of it can be seen from a computer, by us or by anyone who tells you otherwise. We would rather say so than invent a number to look smarter than we are.
California and Arizona
Our focus is California and Arizona. The property assessment accepts California and Arizona addresses. Oregon and Washington resources are planned as we expand across the West Coast.

Choose a time online and Cal.com emails you a confirmation, or ask us to find a time with you. A requested time is not a booking; we confirm it with you directly.
