How an introduction would work for you
You see your property first. You decide if you want help. A VVE professional can talk through your options with you. If a professional who meets the standard below is available for your address, we tell you who they are, disclose any referral arrangement, and ask your permission before sharing your details. Your details go to that one professional, not a list, and not the highest bidder. You can stop whenever you want.
What we check before an introduction
Before any professional can be sent your details, we record their legal business name, their license or registration number and the body that issued it, the area they actually serve, and how quickly they have committed to respond. If any of that is missing, no introduction happens and your details stay with us.
What we look for in a professional
- Properly licensed and insured for the work they do.
- A real track record with local homeowners, not just a sales team.
- Honest communication, with no pressure tactics and no invented urgency.
- Willingness to explain the work and the price in plain language.
How money fits in
Our business may earn referral compensation when it introduces a homeowner to a professional. Paying us does not let a professional skip the standard above. Before any introduction, we disclose the arrangement so you can weigh it. Read more on how we make money and in our guide to how we select professionals.
For professionals interested in joining
If you are a local professional who works this way already, read our page for professionals and email team@vantagevalleyeco.com about your work and the homeowners you serve.
